Gewefa offers a bench mounted shrink clamping machine
(combined heater and cooler). The heat/shrink units are available as basic bench top manual models or automated rise and fall designs.

The latest development features an automated elevation cooling
system and on the three phase Rineck ‘Induktherm 10kW’, after the tool holder is clamped it automatically immerses into a cooling tank before returning to the tool fitting point ready for safe removal.

The system features an air drying system and the complete cycle time of shrinking and cooling can be measured in seconds.

 

 

 

Toolholders

Gewefa shrink clamp tool holders can comfortably withstand up to 40,000 tool clamping/unclamping movements without loss of accuracy and grip.

Available in all standard shanks including DIN 69893 with a range of shrink extensions also available.
